RLA Polymers provides range of Flooring Adhesive are suitable for commercial and residential use Roberts 200 is a solvent free, low odour, low VOC water based acrylic emulsion with plasticiser to enhance resistance properties. It is suitable for use over underfloor heating installations. R280 HT is an acrylic polymer, high temperature hard set adhesive. It is fibre reinforced and highly shear resistant and is suitable for use over underfloor heating installations. Roberts 2000 is an acrylic co- polymer hard set adhesive for a range PVC vinyl and textile floorcoverings. It is for interior use only.
Roberts 444 Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is a solvent free pressure adhesive formulated for installing PVC backed and modified Set to traffic composite backed Carpet Tiles. R656 Roberts Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is a solvent free pressure sensitive adhesive formulated for installing PVC backed, fibre backed, cushion back carpet tiles and reinforced vinyl composition tiles.
The VOC emission is below the Green Building Council's standard of less than 50 grams per liter, as determined by testing in accordance with ASTM D3690-05, the Standard Practice for Determining Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Content of Paints and Related Coatings.

Issues of Concern/Red Lights (if needed) The products have successfully passed the relevant GreenTag Standard's Cautionary Assessment Process and no Issues of Concern or Red Light Comments exist regarding the toxicity of the products
The products contains low amount of Isoparaffin which may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. RLA polymers provided low VOC emission test report to prove that there is extremely low chance for end users to be exposed to risk via inhalation. Once the glue is used for flooring adhesion, the exposure to end users are very unlikely. The risk is more likely to happen during the manufacturing stage. RLA polymer provided sufficient evidence for their Occupational Health and Safety System which reduces the risks during the manufacturing stage.
