RLA SMP Polymers are specifically formulated for applications such as timber flooring adhesives for bonding timber to concrete and wood substrates, waterproofing membranes that form a durable film on surfaces, and sealants used for joint sealing and filling.
RLA SMP X3 Timber Flooring Adhesive is also recommended for bonding approved acoustic underlays to most common subfloors.
RLA Safe2O is suitable to be applied a wide variety of substrates, such as concrete, cement sheeting, cementitious and other substrates. For most applications this technology only requires one coat with a dry film thickness of not less than 1,200 – 1,500 microns.
RLA Fire Pro SMP is suitable for industrial applications when fast bonding and higher movement or vibration- absorption is required. It doesn't contain any solvent, isocyanate, PVC or silicone. It can be applied both outdoors and indoors.
RLA- MAX SMP 25 Sealant is a Low Modulus, joint sealant and adhesive that emits no odour and is free of Isocyanates and other hazardous raw materials. MAX SMP-25 has been formulated to offer outstanding versatility and adhesion to most common building materials including aluminium, timber, concrete, fibreglass for a broad range of sealing and joint filling applications.
VOC test conducted as per ASTM D3690-05 Standard Practice for Determining Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Content of Paints and Related Coatings shows that the VOC emissions from the products are below GBCA requirements.
