Global GreenTag International partners with Design Matters National!
Global GreenTag International is collaborating with 'Design Matters National for the 'True Zero Carbon Challenge'- submission deadline is Thursday, 15 September 2022!
Global GreenTag International is promoting the 'True Zero Carbon Challenge', a competition, in which its participants have to design a home that produces more power than it uses over the year: through energy-efficient design, careful appliance selection, and photovoltaic integration. Other meaningful project requirements include embodied carbon in material selection, and to put on enough photovoltaic panels to pay back the home's entire carbon debt by 2050.
Among the benefits are recognition, education, certification, prize money and marketing! Hence, all entrants will receive free training in True Zero Carbon Design, a chance to win $5,000 and much more!
To participate, entrants will join upskilling webinars that will equip them with the mindset and abilities to design the homes of the future!
For the event, submission requirements must include plans for elevations, renders, 3D images, landscape plan, floorplan and site plan. While judging criteria needs to acknowledge the challenge itself, sustainability innovation, materials, liveability and desirability.
