Looking forward to the Australian Construction Awards

Global GreenTag International is proudly standing behind the Australian Construction Awards, co-hosted by Sydney Build Expo running concurrently with the Awards from March 19 - 20.  Brett Hazlett, CEO of Global GreenTag Australia & New Zealand, who is sitting on the Advisory Board of Sydney Build for 2020, says he is "excited" about the forthcoming awards, which will be announced on March 19 at Sydney's Darling Island Wharf.

Deadline for submission into the Australian Construction Awards is December 20th. 2019. "If the calibre of entries that entered the Awards last year are anything to go by, we are in for another great showcase of standout Australian projects," says Brett.

As a part of the Sydney Build Expo, the Australian Construction Awards 2020 are the leading construction awards in Australia, built on celebrating the achievements, developments, and innovation within the industry. Taking place on the evening of March 19, 2020, the event brings together the best of Australia's leading construction professionals, providing exclusive networking opportunities for attendees. All awards are free to enter and are impartially judged by a panel of leading industry experts from across Sydney, New South Wales and Australia as a whole. Any company that services the Australian construction, architecture or design industry are eligible to enter.

Over the course of the evening, guests will enjoy live music, drinks, and a 3-course dinner all whilst enjoying one of Sydney's premier event locations. The Australian Construction Awards 2020 is a way for colleagues, family, and friends to share professional achievements with one another in a way that no other event does. Not only does it allow for professionals to connect with one another in a more intimate setting, it also is a way for high-level industry professionals to be congratulated by their community.

Winners of the Australian Construction Awards 2020 will not only gain notable recognition within the construction, architecture, and design communit, but also a prestigious trophy, a formal certificate, and a logo that can be used for any and all future marketing efforts. Companies who are shortlisted for awards will receive an Australian Construction Awards 2020 media banner that they can use on literature or marketing material to show their achievements. 

Nominations

All companies that service Australian construction, architecture, or design industry are eligible to be nominated which can be done via the Australian Construction Awards 2020 website at www.australianconstructionawards.com.

Companies can nominate up to a maximum of 3 awards. It is free to nominate candidates for award categories. The deadline to submit nominations has been extended to December 20th, 2019.

With 18 diverse award categories, the Australian Construction Awards 2020 boasts of its wide range of elite nominees and reflects the versatility within Australia's construction, architecture, and design industries. Awards are presented the night of the event by category sponsors in front of an audience of over 500 industry movers and shakers, allowing award winners to stand out among the best of the best. Judges

The ACA 2020 judges are senior-level professionals that hail from top organizations within Australia's construction, design, and architecture communities. These organizations include AECOM, Liang O'Rourke, Fulton Hogan, WSP Australia, Hutchinson Builders, and many more.

Once the deadline to nominate a company for the ACA 2020 has closed, the panel of judges will review the submissions and make their shortlists.
