Benefits of Sustainable Building - Global GreenTag joins CPD webinar with Weathertex, Mirvac, Planet Ark, Envirotecture & TS Constructions

The first of a series of sustainability focused webinars on Zoom.us organised by Weathertex begins next Tuesday, May 26th at 12.30pm and David Baggs, Global GreenTag's CEO and Program Director is one of the key experts who will discuss: Benefits of Sustainable Building.

Building construction currently consumes between 30-50% of raw materials worldwide. With significant growth taking place in the building sector, it's important to make more informed choices when it comes to sustainable building with regards to the impact that material sourcing will have on the environment .

Sustainable construction goes beyond green building practices — structures are designed to have a lower environmental impact over their entire lifetime, while providing a normal level of comfort, durability, wellbeing and functionality for occupants.

Learn about the benefits (environment & wellbeing), challenges as well as any misconceptions of sustainable building.  Learn and Earn 1 Informal CPD Point.
