AGDF Green Speed Learning Forum Presents Global GreenTag Story: A journey to being one of the world's most robust, trusted and widely recognised ecolabels.

In this webinar, David Baggs, Global GreenTag's CEO and Program Director will take members of the Australian Green Development Forum on Wednesday, May 27 through the journey of Global GreenTag to become one of the most trusted programs for eco product certification.

Tickets for the online event, part of AGDF's Green Speed Learning Forum program are free for AGDF members and also open to the public for a $20 entry fee.
CPD points are attainable, although eligibility are different for each institution and organisation.
On the webinar, David Baggs will explain the Global GreenTag system and its operations as a third party, green building product rating and certification system, underpinned by rigorous scientific and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) processes.

The advanced and robust GreenTag LCARate certification and methodology was the first in the world. As an ecolabel, the GreenTag rating system positions a product within the top end of the green product market enabling manufacturers to be able for the first time to fully communicate the work they have undertaken to improve the ecological and health benefits of their products.

The Australian Green Development Forum is a balanced, non-profit coalition of members from development industries, government organisations and community groups to pursue a vision for sustainable urban communities across Australia.. It is endorsed by industry and environmental bodies, and is aligned to community sectors that also have an interest in fostering sustainable development. The AGDF mission is to accelerate the adoption of sustainable practices in the Australian building and development industry.
